Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are part of the Prestige Shine Detailing Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all users or guests agree to abide when using the Service. When you book online or by phone with Prestige Shine Detailing, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound by the terms and conditions herein.

Packages

Prestige Shine Detailing offers different wash options for different car types. Prices and wash package contents are subject to change at Prestige Shine Detailing’s discretion at any time. All such changes will be reflected on www.prestige-shine-detailing.com.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Prestige Shine Detailing accepts cash, debit, and credit card. If a card is declined, Prestige Shine Detailing will ask the customer to provide an alternative payment method. Prestige Shine Detailing may begin a collection process 48 hours after a customer’s credit card payment is refused.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing. Prestige Shine Detailing is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings inside the vehicle, or the service location.

Please ensure your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area. If you have concerns, communicate them with your detailing specialist. All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service.

We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit and credit cards may be processed by fieldd.co. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels, weather conditions, and/or machinery or equipment failure.

Prestige Shine Detailing reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $50 (or a proportion thereof) for any work that is outside the boundaries of the booking at the discretion of Prestige Shine Detailing. A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

Late Cancelation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 48 hours before the due date. Within the 48-hour period, a $40 fee is charged to compensate our technician. This rule applies to any retail-priced car detail.

Satisfaction Policy

If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered, or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will, at our cost, redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge.

Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion by phone at (814) 720-0423, email at prestigeshinedetail814@outlook.com, or text message at (814) 720-0423. Photos of the area must be texted or emailed to prestigeshinedetail814@outlook.com within 24 hours of the claim being made.

Appointment Time

Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, our technician may arrive late. Please allow a 30–90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Prestige Shine Detailing will do its best to notify you of any delay.

Coupon & Referral Policy

From time to time, Prestige Shine Detailing may offer a referral program that enables you to earn credits redeemable for services by sharing a unique referral link (“Referral Link”). Combining credits and coupons is not permitted. To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be a new customer and use your Referral Link to sign up for services.

You may not collect referrals by:

• Self-referring using multiple or false names, identities, accounts, or email addresses
• Referring existing Prestige Shine Detailing customers (including customers using an alternate email address)
• Using spam or sending unsolicited emails, or violating any applicable law, rule, regulation, or third-party terms of use
• Posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites, or other online venues
• Permitting another individual to use the referring customer’s account
• Referring fake people, impersonating another person, or providing false or misleading information
• Using the Referral Link in a disparaging way or portraying Prestige Shine Detailing negatively
• Referring customers in violation of any other restriction we impose in our discretion, upon notice

If Prestige Shine Detailing determines, in its sole discretion, that there has been a violation of these terms, we reserve the right to cancel or rescind any accrued credits and/or determine that either or both the referred customer and referring customer are ineligible to participate in this or future offers. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Prestige Shine Detailing reserves the right to void, verify, or adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
